I am an optician with 30 years of optical experience, half of which I have had a key role in the sales, marketing, lean manufacturing, and the all technical aspects of the manufacturing in a high volume production facility.  I also have extensive experience, expertise, and knowledge on PM's and repairing of optical equipment and Lab Management Software. I am also familiar with most Practice Management Software and Lens Design Software programs, and how to facilitate the communication of the above mentioned modules, in addition, I also possess many superb Sales techniques. Over half of my career I have managed multiple employees and departments effectively. Even though I feel I am a young veteran in the optical industry, I refuse to stop learning from my peers; I value wisdom and appreciate the knowledge that I can learn from my colleagues.
