• Create sales strategies and campaigns for agencies, tech companies, challenger brands, and startups.• Build executive-level relationships with targeted accounts to gain comprehensive understanding of market opportunities, potential partnerships, or acquisitions.• Gain actionable intel of internal dynamics, decision-making processes, and competitive landscape of targeted prospects and existing accounts.• Manage agency, freelancer, and partner marketing engagements and projects.

• Part of Executive Team and responsible for optimizing revenue and profitability through consultative business development and sales efforts for largest advertising agency in Hawaii.• Build executive-level relationship with targeted accounts and developing a comprehensive understanding of market opportunities, potential partnerships and company dynamics.

• Management of marketing budget – strategy and planning of television, print, online promotions, advertising and group incentive programs.

• Responsible for generating television and online advertising revenue for the ABC affiliate in Honolulu.

• Managing six Account Managers in San Jose, Sacramento, Fresno and Dallas locations with responsibility for online and telecom accounts totaling over $30 million annually.
