Leading a seven person team of Implementation Technicians who are collectively responsible for the successful setup, configuration, and integration of all new and continuing business customers including complex hybrid FTP, API integrations, and standard POS (Point of Sale) integrations including Micros, Aloha, Posi, and Squirrel.In this role I am primarily responsible for the ongoing management and oversight of medium to large scale integration projects.
