From my early beginnings working for my father, Nate Anselmo, in the family’s West Side Market produce business, I was taught to "treat people as Clients, not Customers... they will feel the difference."With that mindset, as an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant, I set out to build a firm that provided that personal touch. This blending of law, tax, financial, accounting and insurance helps provide our clients with distinct insight when assisting them.Planning for retirement can be a lot like solving a jigsaw puzzle. Around fifteen years ago I tried to convince my parents to purchase long-term care insurance, and even offered to cover the cost, as I knew how important long-term care insurance can be. Both parents refused, thinking it was a waste of money; they did not think they would ever need long-term care. Years later, my father fell ill and was placed in a care facility. When he died 7 months later, my parents had already spent $90,000 on his care. Realizing they could have used that money for my mothers care was a motivating factor that has stuck with me. I have made it my goal to help ensure that other families do not have to go through the same struggle, by helping to protect their wealth.
