As a senior buyer at Irving Tissue, I am responsible for sourcing and negotiating contracts for raw materials, equipment, and services for a brand-new paper mill in Macon, Georgia. This is a 870 million dollar greenfield project that created nearly 400 hundred jobs and boosted the local economy.I have nearly 10 years of experience in procurement, working with various industries and clients. One of my proudest achievements was becoming the lead buyer for S&K Aerospace, LLC. A leading provider of engineering and logistics solutions for the aerospace sector. I was apart of a select team that launched a 4.2 billion dollar government contract with the US Air Force, which supported our foreign allies and enhanced our national security. I have a bachelor's degree from Troy University and an associate's degree from Central Georgia Technical College. I have developed strong skills in Microsoft Excel, contract management, and problem solving, which enable me to deliver value and satisfaction to our internal customers.
