Machines include: ProX 320 DMP, EOS M290 and Renishaw AM250. Processes: Facility inventory, new equipment acceptance and receiving, implementation of safety standard operation procedures for reactive powders (Aluminum and Titanium)• Manager of the day to day operations of the Innovation Factory with responsibilities ranging from ensuring correct operation of the equipment and facilities, facilitation of events and programs held on the location

As assistant grounds supervisor, responsibilities include training, directing, and evaluating the performance of a six-person work crew. Crew functions include building maintenance and repair, landscaping and grounds maintenance for a 1000 acre campus, and operation a large variety of machinery (e.g. bucket and dump trucks, mowing equipment, and tree removal equipment).

Preformed life guarding and maintenance operations to ensure camper safety and enjoyment of the water facilities. Lead hikes to waterfalls and ensured safety and proper conduct during the hikes and at the waterfalls.
