From September 2024, I am Deputy Headteacher (Behaviour, Attendance and Culture) at Gosford Hill School, Kidlington, part of the River Learning Trust. Formerly an Assistant and latterly Vice Principal in Northamptonshire I have held portfolios for Quality of Education and Behaviour and Attitudes. The majority of my leadership experience has been raising standards and improving the quality of teaching and learning.I am a Deputy DSL, have been an EVC, GDPR/Data Protection lead and led on aspects of school HR and finance. I am still a proud teacher of Computer Science and have taught Business Studies and Maths alongside for the last decade. I am currently a Microsoft Innovative Education Expert and have been a Computing at School Master Teacher. Before senior leadership I held the role of Head of Business, Computer Science and Design Technology and outside of school have been a volunteer board member for Young Enterprise Oxfordshire as well as leading the Computer Science programme for the local School Centred Initial Teacher Training.
