As a Senior Pensions Administrator:Administration duties to reach Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) including:• Calculation of frozen benefits in order to issue retirement quotations to deferred members of variousschemes• Calculation of retirement benefits to issue quotations to active members of various schemes• Liaising with HMRC with any CA queries in order to make correct payment of members benefits• Responsible for the current administration work of the Northern Powergrid Group of the ESPS

Administration duties to reach Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) include:• Calculating the revaluations of deferred pensions (including estimates/projections and current values)• Calculating and issuing quotations to deferred members reaching retirement (early, normal and late)• Dealing with Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) queries for retirements, step-ups and widows pensions• Contacting Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) to query any GMP discrepancies and to confirm theamounts at Scheme Cessation• Dealing with deaths of both deferred and retired members of the Scheme• Ensuring that both members and widows pensions are setup in time for the relevant payroll• Liaising with the Trustees of the Scheme to draw conclusions on Discretionary Decisions• Miscellaneous day-to-day queries, such as change of addresses, bank details…etc.• Calculating and issuing quotations for transfer-outs, and making sure that all information adheres to thePensions Liberation• Processing transfer-outs and liaising with the technical department when dealing with a QualifyingRecognised Overseas Pension Scheme (QROPS)• Calculating and issuing divorce quotes to deferred members• Liaising with other members, departments and 3rd parties over the phone, email and via post
