Create, manage, close and audit Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) with the goal of investing in unregister securities and private equity. Deals have up to 199 investors, that require proper documentation and accreditation status to invest. Working with investors who can be individuals, trusts, LLCs, Angel List and Venture Capital firms. Investments ranged from $25,000 to $30,000,000 per deal. Oversee the individual deal's set up, this requires setting up bank accounts and legal entity created in the form of an LLC. Ensure all legal documentation in signed from subscription agreements, operation agreements, side letters, and asset purchase agreements Expedite the investor’s onboarding and the wiring in of funds, into the SPV. Facilitate the asset purchase, closing, final audit and tax preparation of each deal. All done while coordinating with the organizer of the SPV. Audit and analyzed data of for new and previous SPV deals to prepare for the upcoming tax season. Confirm all funds raised by investors for the deal were used and accounted for properly. Confirming money is being used as intended, tracking any fees incurred by the SPV and in some cases that the money was returned to investors. Once initial deal is finished, manage the investment, helping with any potential distributions owed to investors from their investments, getting their tax documentation to them yearly, and any other needs of the SPV from membership interest transfers to raising more funds and acquiring more assets.

I managed and facilitate customers’ assets in their online savings accounts, including initiation of debits and credits up to one million dollars via checks, ACH transfer or wire transfers. Place and receive phone calls in a professional manner to ensure the customers’ bank needs are met also while using multiple computer applications to manager their accounts ensuring the best possible customer experience. Identified and mitigates fraud concerns by working directly with the fraud team with suspected fraudulent activity to protect the company as well as the customer affected by the concern.Also used my extension knowledge in Excel and Data Science to help run analytics on call volume predictions for staffing needs.

Performed all the tasks of the a server at the highest level, but also was in charge of helping other staff as needed. Solving issues and complaints as they arose in the kitchen and with customers. Had to think on my feet and problem solve constantly in a very fast pace restaurant. Also helped with training and hiring of staff. Finally oversaw the opening and closing of the restaurant. Made sure all employees where paid correctly at the end of their shifts and helped settled the till and cash drawer after each shift.

Park City Utah

Recruited by owner to help open a new fine dining restaurant in Park City, Utah. I assisted in setting up the layout of the restaurant and train new employees. Once opened, I was the expeditor out of the kitchen. Supervised two food runners nightly to make sure the correct food gets to the correct person at the right table. I managed the flow of the kitchen and made sure the food comes out in a timely manner. This required communication from the servers and bussers to the line cooks and it all went through me. Requires good communication and organizational skills to be able to get all the correct food to the right places especially when multiple tables are ready at once.
