Oversee the ongoing intelligence operations of an 80+-person organization focused on counternarcotics intelligence collection requirements and intelligence dissemination with the U.S. Government. Responsible for providing weekly intelligence briefs to higher-level Army and Air Force officers, as well as high-level civilians within the Intelligence Community. Responsible for quality assurance on all outgoing intelligence products prior to dissemination to U.S., British, Australian, New Zealand, and Canadian intelligence services. Responsible for ensuring real-time support to international law enforcement operations. Facilitated the interdiction of over 26 tons of cocaine, over 50 arrests, and the seizure of 7 maritime vessels from January to October 2021. Spearheaded real-time support to the Drug Enforcement Administration during a lure operation for a money launderer in Hong Kong and a fugitive capture in Costa Rica. Awarded the Military Intelligence Corps Association’s Knowlton Award for outstanding operational impacts within the Intelligence Community.

Served as the senior analyst on various teams within an intelligence organization focused on a counternarcotics mission. Responsible for producing and quality-checking intelligence products disseminated to the Intelligence Community writ large. Contributed to over 4,700 intelligence reports while serving in this capacity. Attended high-level partner and customer engagements on a weekly basis, often leading the group discussion based on knowledge, experience, and expertise.

Served as the cryptologic liaison at the Joint Narcotics Analysis Centre (JNAC) in the Ministry of Defence in London, England. Responsible for fulfilling requests for information, report dissemination, and fusion analysis for other American and British services within the JNAC. Worked with counterparts in Cheltenham to solve complex missions and initiated a division of effort with the Australians and British for an operation to assist the National Crime Agency and MI6 in arresting high-level narcotics traffickers.

Tal Afar, Nineveh Governorate, Iraq

Served as the Battle Non-Commissioned Officer for the Personnel Operations Center during the end of OIF and the beginning of OND. Responsible for seven subordinates and three local national interpreters who collected and processed intelligence, and disseminated over 640 tactical reports to the Iraq Theater of Operations. Conducted travel to other sites in order to fix collection issues and assist contractors when necessary.

Served as the primary analyst for teams focused on the South America area of responsibility (AOR) and the Central America AOR for a counternarcotics mission. Responsible for authoring and disseminating over 1,000 intelligence reports to the IC focusing on the disruption and dismantling of cartels and drug trafficking organizations. Responsible for reviewing and processing linguistic translations from native and near-native linguists to be used in intelligence products. Traveled to San Diego, CA, to assist the Customs and Border Protection during an operation focused on drug interdictions at the San Ysidro Port of Entry.

Balad District, Saladin Governorate, Iraq

Served for 16 months as the Battle Non-Commissioned Officer for the Day Shift at the Joint Intelligence Center-Anaconda during Operation Iraqi Freedom. This position is usually filled by a Sergeant First Class (E7) or above; served in this position as a Sergeant (E5), and was selected over two other Staff Sergeants (E6) to serve in this role. Held weekly Indirect Fire Attack (IDF) analysis meetings with all S2 shops on a 30,000-personnel base. Responsible for tracking all IDF attacks against the base, and supervised eight (8) Air Force analysts conducting critical analysis of IDF attacks against Balad Air Base. Oversaw the quality control of the Intelligence Summary (INTSUM) while contributing to IDF assessments. Responsible for the security of digital folders, Excel and Word documents, and other documents on a secret server.

Used global executive-level linguistic capabilities in Brazilian-Portuguese to serve as a linguist in an intelligence organization responsible for producing intelligence products for a counternarcotics mission. Produced timely and accurate linguistic translations for intelligence products disseminated to the U.S. Government and its allies.
