Talent Acquisition Manager
Current• Leads recruiting efforts and talent acquisition strategy in support of the Maryland customer, focusing exclusively on positions requiring Full Scope Polygraphs.• Organized, optimized, and streamlined the existing database/ATS to improve the pipeline of inbound applications, decrease candidate processing times, and ensure efficient candidate retrieval.• Reports weekly to partners, program/hiring managers, to provide a comprehensive overview of candidate statuses, position sourcing priorities, as well as status updates on active projects.• Trained leadership, coworkers, and security staff how to best utilize the candidate database, addressing their individual needs and access levels. • Attends and selects polygraph-level career fair to improve and diversify candidate pipelines.
