One of the distinctive features of the Pandora Cloud was its ability to seamlessly adapt to diverse markets and languages. With localized versions available in English, Spanish, and French, the platform efficiently served the unique needs of the North American business unit. This system seamlessly integrated with on-premise Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft CRM instances, SharePoint media libraries, and Reporting Services allowing a total online sales journey from customer order in the browser, product picking in the warehouse, packaging and shipping to jewelry stores in the US, Canada, and Caribbean markets.In my role, I successfully managed the development team throughout the entire project life cycle, overseeing crucial phases such as design, development, piloting, training, and launch during the largest jewelry trade event, the JCK Show. Additionally, I took charge of designing and delivering PANDORA's inaugural KPI website to collect customer sell-out data, which significantly contributed to their Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) initiative.The Pandora Cloud solution not only eliminated the need for fax orders entirely, but it also played a pivotal role in kickstarting the organization's digital transformation. The solution's success led to its adoption on a global scale, redefining the retail jewelry giant's operational processes. At the end of my tenure with Pandora, over 3.5 BILLION dollars of jewelry was ordered through the Pandora Cloud in North America alone.
