• After Certification, preformed real training with crews to get them prepared for the project demands.
• Reviewed NTP, preformed pre con. Walks and submitted Red line drawings to NSN for approval.
• Prepared and managed trackers, supplied daily reports on market status, ran periodic checks of warehouse inventory, and assisted PM with billing, invoicing and change request associated with project. Finally understand.

Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area

• Contracted to MyCom to take over as active Field Manager for AT&T GSM reduction project.
• Managed scheduling for 15 crews in 7 states for 3 time zones.
• Troubleshoot access and sites over the phone with crews as needed, if necessary contacted customer for any issues that lasted outside the maintenance window.
• Reviewed every closeout, and compiled tracker of all information requested.
• On call 24hr a day 7 days a week for support. Kept running log of all issues and inventory of all equipment removed from every site.
• Tracked contractor mileage, and hours submitted.

• Worked as a Lead Field Tech. Installing Rx-AIT, antenna share equipment for AT&T and Verizon, to integrate the Ericsson 4G UMTS systems into their networks.
• Job duties consisted of the following:
• Installation of equipment, worked with vendors to make on site changes to floor plans, or equipment.
• Commissioned equipment, troubleshot issues.
• Used PIM tester and Anritsu on every site to verify hard lines and installed cabling.
• Preformed “clean up” work on sites that were installed incorrectly or poorly.
