- Scheduling of loads, aiming for maximum efficiencies in fleet and space utilisation, DIFOTAI optimisation.- Liase with contractors as required to plan for unexpected spikes in volume, as well as examine routes to achieve time and efficiency savings.- Ensure all required orders are routed to ensure timely delivery to customers of product.

Process and manage loads for regional New South Wales linehaul.Act as point of contact for issues relating to Linehaul drivers/loads outside of Sydney metro area.Manage contractors under national chain of responsibility legislation (load weights, sizes, driver hours spent on the road, police fatigue management, etc).Reduce paperwork via increased handheld terminal utilisation.Manage load schedules (ensure sufficient forklift drivers are rostered on any given day, sufficient trucks available for the volume of product being delivered, etc).

- Examining frequent caller lists and providing solutions to drive down repeat inbound call volumes.- Process improvement identification.- Identification of duplicate/erroneus orders and alteration/deletion as required.- Responsible for acting on formal complaints raised with management- Liasing as required with multiple departments.- At all times acting as the Customer's 'Champion' within CCA.
