Supports the Mission Systems Group Divisions program control requirements and assistswith the overall Division and Group financial profit and loss accountability. Duties include:• Prepare project and financial budgets and baselines for VPs.• Interface with contract officer and PMs to establish project program control.• Analyze both revenue and cost performance for each project.• Provide financial reporting for PMs, Directors and VPs. Prepare "what-if'' scenarios asnecessary.• Perform trend and projection analysis.• Support corrective action management process by analyzing data and identifying various issues.• Review all and approve travel voucher IA W with Joint Travel regulations. Insure receiptdocumentation and charges correspond to Govt cost estimate. Ensure all documentation isincluded for Government invoicing.• Work with PMs, Directors, and VPs to establish project forecasts using P2SR and FSRs. Crosscheck system data against planning data to ensure accuracy.• Analyze all project variance reports with PMs, Directors, and VPs. Perform corrective actionsnecessary to resolve variances.• Coordinate with PMs, Directors, and VPs on all project risks.• Coordinate with Contract Officers, PMs, Directors, and VPs on required project correctiveactions. Document corrective action on Sharepoint site.• Review all indirect and direct labor charge codes to ensure proper charging by employee.• Tools used Microsoft applications, Deltek Costpoint, and Sharepoint.
