Serve as HSE departmental onboard staff support in a supervisory capacity for the Rig Manager, other supervisors and crew members in the areas of individual safety and the QA/HSE Safety Management System, administering the company's training programs, emergency preparedness, coordination of emergency response, direction of emergency medical treatment as required, & other areas concerning the company's human resources policies and programs.1. Assist Rig Manager, other supervisors and crewmembers in safety, accident prevention and hazard identification and control. Facilitate pretour and weekly safety meetings. 2. New employee orientation (SSE), company policies, monthly safety meetings and all other rig based training as directed by US Area HSE Manager. 3. Maintain safety and training activity records and logs as required by regulation and company policy. 4. Assist Rig Manager in planning and conducting emergency drills using problem scenarios and post-drill critique sessions. 5. Assist Rig Manager and other supervisors in planning, analyzing, communicating, problem solving, and leadership in full supervisory capacity. Maintain continuous open communication with US Area HSE Manager relating to all areas of safety concerns. 6. Actively observe for any and all unsafe conditions or acts, and assist all hands in developing hazard identification skills. Assist with HSE audits. Assist Rig Manager and supervisors with accident/incident investigations and reports. This would include near miss reports as well. 7. First responder medical response skills; developing and training of first responder emergency medical teams; general fitness, health and sanitation. 8. Provide employee benefits information and carry out personnel management duties as assigned. 9. Perform all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with company policy. 10. Perform additional duties as instructed by the Rig Manager.

Gulf Of Mexico Division

Fulfill all required job tasks during the daily activities at our customer's warehouse. It is considered a team effort to follow all safety guidelines, keep an organized appearance of the warehouse and adjacent yards, and perform each job duty to the best of their abilities and to service customers in a timely manner. • Manage Goods Receipt and Positive Material Identification as Goods are delivered to the Company site and all Company and 3rd Party warehouse storage locations within assigned area shall be set up and maintained in accordance with Company's Storage Location Standards. • Monitor adherence to storage location standards, maintain a list of approved storage locations, monitor adherence to usage of approved storage locations and takes remediation action as needed, periodically review network of storage locations and adjust / optimize as needed to support current and future business requirements, coordinate and manage handling of company-owned materials in various storage yards, including supplier and third party locations, manage in-coming field materials and route per instructions, coordinate issuing & receiving for material movements to and from repair shops, fabrication, coating, threading and inspection facilities and supplier's locations, ensure that all stored material is adequately protected from deterioration or loss following established preservation process, and ensure that all transactions are correctly entered into Company's NICS/SAP system. • Clean warehouse receiving area and sweep warehouse floor. • Actively participate in safety program. • Organize the inside warehouse area, outside yard, trailer staging area, trash/scrap bin area, making sure all materials are put away in correct areas. • Comply with all Quality and Regulatory procedures. • Adhere to Materials Management policies and procedures. • Perform any and all other duties as required by the Rig Manager.
