Serve as primary contact for partners in the south westEducate partners on SCA - mission, programs, resources, processes, policies, etc.Monitor compliance with AmeriCorps regulations and identity requirements in the field and seek opportunities to enhance awarenessWork with regional leadership to develop internship retention goals for each site and determining need for expansion or maintenance.Serve as the primary point of contact for a team-based account management process across departmentsConduct site visits, completing required documentation and follow-up.Monitor agreement process and ensuring full use of funding with partner.Monitor and communicate with partners regarding selection process.Collaborate with and assist regional program staff with partner support for community, corps and high school programs.Serve as a point of contact for all selected interns within assigned region and programsAssist interns in the south west with all aspects of their service.Collaborate with and assist regional program staff with members support for community, corps and high school programs.Assist Program Quality department with development of handbooks, trainings and program materials.Support Program Quality team with the implementation of trainings.Serve as technology expert for partners, members and program staff when necessary; assisting with position request, MySCA questions, activity logs, and any other issues as needed.Communicate and collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.Oversee intern account management from time of position submission to final reporting; includes providing estimates, ensuring agreement process is activated, funding is confirmed, reporting needs are defined, partner protocols and procedures are outlined and position approval.Collaborate with and assist regional program staff with community, corps and high school account management.
