Work with national, regional, and site level federal and non-profit partners to create national cohort programs. Develop programs in partnership with non-profit and federal land agencies that focus on climate change, equity, and public access. Develop and run training and orientations for said programs.

Manage the daily operations of the produce department; Place produce orders, manage staff (scheduling etc).
