With over 15+ years of work experience, I am currently a program manager and pursuing a career in Cloud Application Development with the Microsoft Software & Systems Academy (MSSA). I have a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management, a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Computer Programming, and I am a certified PMI Agile Certified Practitioner. I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders, and I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams that share a common vision and mission.Prior to starting with MSSA, I served in several leadership and development positions in the US Army, where I managed multiple projects and programs related to personnel, training, and operations. I also leveraged my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to mentor, coach, and advise soldiers and civilians on their career development and opportunities.
