I have experience in managing a laboratory team of 40 people in a high throughput environment and I was able to reduce turnaround time by over an hour with my coaching, team work and revised methods of operation, allowing colleagues to work simultaneously so that tasks can be completed in a shorter time with the same quality.I also have experience with quality assurance working with the quality team to write SOPs and Quality Exception Reports (QERs) when operations had undesirable results and a solution had to be worked upon with the colleagues it involved.
