I recently completed Recovery Days, a book of daily inspirational thoughts for people in recovery from addiction, commissioned by Castle Health Group. www.recoverydays.comRecovery Days is available in paperback and e-book form from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/Recovery-Days-Pocket-Thoughts-Living/dp/1999669185/I am Editor of website content and writer of therapeutic literature at Castle Craig Hospital, Scotland. I also write and give talks about addiction and personal development. I wrote “The Fun We Had", aimed at people in recovery, drawing from my experience of over 20 years in the field of addiction treatment. I also wrote "Poetry Changes Lives", a book of daily meditations for spiritual growth which combine my passion for history and poetry.
