Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can effectively position the value of our deployment methodology and Professional Services.Work with Account Executive and Customer Success Managers to resolve Services Strategy for customer accounts.Present Workday Customer Services overview and conduct services discovery sessions.Build and validate Professional Services Proposals and high-level Project Plans.Nurture mutually helpful relationships with Workday Service Partners.Assess project team training needs for prospects and customers.Maintain accurate and timely prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.Handle, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work and other contractual documentationProvide support for services activities and events.

As part of the Enterprise Architecture team, I help prospects understand the value and benefit of Workday's architecture and advanced cloud configuration capabilities. Primary responsibilities include:• Articulate and demonstrate the many advantages of Workday's modern cloud platform• Provide technical product expertise to prospects• Present to and work with prospect resources at all technical levels, including senior management, architects, business users, and developers• Work with existing customers to maximize the value they derive from the Workday service• Describe the SaaS ERP competitive landscape and Workday’s unique capabilities and solutions• Identify, author, and maintain technical collateral leveraged by the broader Enterprise Architecture team• Respond to RFPs from prospects across various industries
