This ongoing campaign involves content creation, comms planning, social listening, salesforce marketing cloud email campaigns, project management, and regular reporting to senior stakeholders.Successfully transformed a traditional direct mail member renewals campaign, to become a measurable and trackable digital campaign through the introduction of QR codes, UTM vanity links, and ten unique landing pages offering segmented messaging and resources to all our member segments; allowing us to fully understand the member renewals journey and optimise for increased retention. Responsible for aligning HQ ways of working with our regional and international teams, including supporting and training team members on Salesforce marketing cloud and data processes. Management of ongoing lead generation and nurturing campaigns for CIPD training courses in the Middle East and Asia markets, utilising a multi-channel approach across Salesforce email automations, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, Webinars and purpose-built Unbounce landing pages, whilst using data-driven insights to optimise.Developed and implemented a new marketing strategy for our regional events programme, which to date has exceeded all delegate and revenue targets across six annual B2B Conferences around the UK (130%+ vs target on all events, with a 15% year-on-year growth rate).
