Awarded the CIPD S.T.A.R.S Award for successfully planning and executing our member retention campaign to over 100,000 members globally. This ongoing campaign involves content creation, comms planning, social listening, salesforce marketing cloud email campaigns, project management, and regular reporting to senior stakeholders.Successfully transformed a traditional direct mail member renewals campaign, to become a measurable and trackable digital campaign through the introduction of QR codes, UTM vanity links, and ten unique landing pages offering segmented messaging and resources to all our member segments; allowing us to fully understand the member renewals journey and optimise for increased retention. Responsible for aligning HQ ways of working with our regional and international teams, including supporting and training team members on Salesforce marketing cloud and data processes. Management of ongoing lead generation and nurturing campaigns for CIPD training courses in the Middle East and Asia markets, utilising a multi-channel approach across Salesforce email automations, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, Webinars and purpose-built Unbounce landing pages, whilst using data-driven insights to optimise.Developed and implemented a new marketing strategy for our regional events programme, which to date has exceeded all delegate and revenue targets across six annual B2B Conferences around the UK (130%+ vs target on all events, with a 15% year-on-year growth rate).

Founded and managed 7 sell-out B2B and B2C events, securing globally recognised speakers and sponsors, including BMW, Budweiser, Greenpeace, WWF, Extinction Rebellion, KeepCup, Oxfam, Ecover, Beyond Retro, and many more.Designed and built a WordPress website with SEO performance in mind, including backlink building via press and influencer blogging.Generated a highly engaged, combined social media following of over 10,000 through ‘always on’ nurturing campaigns, delivering valuable content via email, social media, partnerships, paid ads, and user-generated content. I also gained press coverage from the Huffington Post, Women’s Health Magazine, MetroUK, and many more.

Whilst exclusively working for Amazon, I developed and implemented an ‘always on’ experiential and digital marketing plan to drive student membership retention and attract new PrimeStudent members.Full project management of the largest Amazon experiential tour in the UK, promoting The Grand Tour Prime Video release, including running social media campaigns across our ambassador network.Recruitment and training of Amazon sales brand ambassadors.

Played an integral part in the development and implementation of launching Coca-Cola’s largest UK experiential tour, promoting the launch of CokeZero. Developed creative briefs, negotiated supplier contracts, and delivered campaign activations.Recruited tour managers and brand ambassadors for all Coca-Cola’s experiential campaigns across the UK and hosted training sessions to educate ambassadors on brand messaging.
