The role as project lead involved a focus on process improvement, operations, andinnovative project work across the entire firm with a focus on business advisory. The projectlead worked alongside the innovation/operations manager and other teams on a range ofprojects implemented concurrently across the firm. There was involvement throughout theentire life cycle of each project.
