Calculated HVAC loads using CHVAC, RHAC, and Manual J with Elite Software, along with loads for sanitary, water, storm, and gas systems in accordance with UPC, IPC, and IFGC codes. Managed HVAC zoning, outside air requirements, and air balance calculations. Completed all phases of design work including schematics, design development and contract documents for mechanical, sanitary, water, storm, and gas. Coordinated plumbing tap locations with civil engineers. Developed Type 1 and Type 2 designs for commercial kitchen hoods, as well as isometric plumbing risers. Organized schedules and details for both mechanical and plumbing projects and maintained communication with the client throughout the design phase to ensure the plumbing and HVAC systems were designed effectively.

Created mechanical and electrical system drawings in AutoCAD for multi-family projects based off of calculations provided by engineering department. Reviewed red-line markups and made necessary corrections. Printed and shipped full sets of drawings to clients across the United States.
