Christopher Carlson is a Chief Digital Officer and President, Say at Radiant. But I had the personal pleasure of working with him for the first time consulting for The Library of Congress' "New Visitor Experience" the following year. While establishing a PMO at the Library, Chris' Project Management and Creative Direction aptitude became apparent to me. He was an empathetic, yet very dedicated leader who facilitated multiple (some monumentally difficult) relationships to align with a strategy and goals that were as demanding as they were inspired. Eventually, Chris became a Federal employee at the Library of Congress running the UX team in Web Services, and once again I eagerly climbed aboard to support him. After several years now, he maintains a rapport of encouragement to experiment, inviting his staff to innovate and imagine, notions rarely considered in many cultural and government institutions.
