Leading, training and motivating individuals are passions that I have come to embrace over the years and I like to refer to myself as the "M.A.D." scientist of leader development. Through extensive leadership training from 20 years of military I service I realized with proper Motivation, a can do Attitude and self-Discipline that an individual can accomplish anything. I spent many years instilling these qualities in young men and women who all went on to lead successful and productive lives. I have recently created a mentoring program designed around this concept with the addition of Christian based leadership principles. This program is targeting inner-city young men who need and desire direction personally and spiritually with the ultimate goal of being a Christ based future leader. I have always taken pleasure in being a positive role model for young men and especially for those trying to find their way and figure out life. "Set the example and be the example" is is the number one tenant of my training and I believe if the young men can grasp hold to this concept, nurture it and live it, they will no doubt adopt a life changing attitude. I have to do my part in Christ by trying to save as many as these young men as I can from being a statistic. I never get angry, just M.A.D.
