• Asia-Pacific SRE Team Lead for IBM Planning Analytics on Cloud and IBM Controller on Cloud• Trained and led an international Site Reliability Engineering Team. Onboarded three team members in Australia, six new team members to form the Poland team, and two team members for the India team. Ran stand-ups to promote Agile methodologies and to aid in the quick resolution of blockers.• Worked in Ansible, Python and Powershell to implement automation and self-healing for our environments. Self-healing project helped to reduce hands-on work to resolve incidents by half an hour per incident.
