- Prepare documentation and conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence.- Familiarise with Worldcheck and Detica for KYC screening.- Liaise with customer, Relationship Managers and overseas Relationship Managers on documentation.- To extract data from worksheets or reports for distribution to Business Officers.- Liaise with Middle Office for follow up actions in obtaining customers’ information.- Achieve competency with Bank Wide Customer Information Files (BWCIF) system for KYC checks and other work purposes.
