I serve as the Chairman of ATIS STEP. The Sustainability in Telecom: Energy and Protection (STEP) Committee engages industry expertise to develop standards and technical reports for telecommunications equipment and environments in the areas of energy efficiency, environmental impacts, power and protection. The work products of STEP enable vendors, operators and their customers to deploy and operate reliable, environmentally sustainable, energy efficient communications technologies. STEP is committed to proactive engagement with national, regional and international standards development organizations and forums that share its scope of work.

NEBS Testing for telecommunications industry.

• Oversee all aspects of production, to include: Set Production Schedules, Transportation Routes and Pick-up/Delivery Schedules; Contact Vendors, Negotiate Pricing and Purchase Materials; Oversee Equipment Maintenance Program; Hire, Train and Evaluate Supervisory Staff and Production Workers; Implement & Oversee Product Quality Program; Implement & Oversee Safety Program; Implement and Oversee Employee Morale Program; and other duties as necessary. • Oversee Office Administration, Customer Service and Corporate Reporting, to include: Complete & Submit Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Sales and Manufacturing Summaries, Inventory Summaries, and WIP Summaries; Bid Contracts and Assist Sales/Customer Service with Customer questions and issues: Review A/R summary and assist in collections; Review and Approve Payables; Submit Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Budget Projections; and other duties as necessary. • Assist Sister Companies with Productivity Improvements. • Assist with the implementation, installation, and repair of information technology systems and electronic systems needed within the plant facility. • Write a variety of reports for use by internal staff and headquarters relating to plant performance, standards, and day-to-day operations.
