I am a data engineer at Microsoft and a visiting student researcher at UC Berkeley, with a couple of years of experience in data science, complex systems, and mobility. I am passionate about using data to understand and improve human behavior, societies, and transportation systems, and to create innovative solutions that benefit people.As a data engineer at Microsoft, I work on developing and maintaining data pipelines, platforms, and tools that support the analysis and visualization of large-scale datasets. As a visiting student researcher at UC Berkeley, I collaborate with the Human Networks Lab to conduct research on the impact of commuting times on the emergence of informal employment, using location-based services data from cities. We are currently writing a paper on this topic, which combines data science, urban planning, and social science perspectives.
