Remaining focused on the journey to cloud enabled customers to realize the most value from Oracle's SaaS offerings, allowing them to shift their focus from maintenance to innovation and growth. Responsible for the Southeastern United States and Bahamian casino markets, which included national and global hospitality brands.

This position afforded me the opportunity to work directly with the property’s Executive Committee to ensure consistent messaging, accountability for service performance, and forward-looking strategic objectives. I also collaborated with Guest Experience and Hotel Operations leaders across MGM Resorts to develop best practices and identify areas of opportunity for innovation and growth.As chair of the Mandalay Bay Service Leaders Committee, I led a group tasked with communicating strategic objectives and upholding services standards, while simultaneously providing development opportunities for high potential entry-level leaders within the organization (an area often neglected in large casino environments).In this role, I also directly oversaw six operational departments: Guest Services, Guest Relations, Hotel Training, PBX, M life Experience and Lost & Found.

As a Senior Hotel Operations manager, I executed Department Head responsibilities for Front Office (team of 150), including hiring, scheduling, labor management, coaching & counseling, rate yielding, purchasing and P&Ls. Our shared staff operated two front desks, Mandalay Bay & Delano Las Vegas, both which underwent major remodels during my tenure. One of my favorite projects was collaborating with senior leaders to institute a company-wide leadership training curriculum, which was so well-received that it expanded from Front Office to several other divisions within MGM Resorts International.

On a team of Assistant managers responsible for 100+ Front Desk agents and the day-to-day operations of the Front Office. The major function of this position was improving the arrival experience at our 4,300 room AAA Four Diamond hotel, while closely managing labor costs. I was on the operations team that led the transition and implementation of a new property management system (LMS to OPERA).
