Following years of building and managing businesses for other people, including myself, I found myself researching and walking my own path in holistic practices and discovering which methods work for me following a period of panic attacks and anxiety after the loss of my father. I felt a strong need to pass my findings onto the ever increasing number of people needing help and support in everyday life.Teaching holistic methodologies gives me a great sense of achievement, knowing that clients can take the learnings with them and incorporate them into their lives. Now as a qualified breathwork and cold water immersion coach, I can lead people safely and teach them the knowledge that could change their lives.Education is the key to unlocking these practices for both myself and my clients, hence why I love learning more and more about meditation, conscious connected breath, Oxygen Advantage breath-work and cold water therapy/ ice baths.
