I am a senior litigation partner at the regional law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green, advising individuals and companies on litigation, commercial risk evaluation and trials and trial strategy. I practice in all federal and state courts in New Hampshire, and frequently represent client in New York (where I am admitted to practice) and in other New England states.

I was a litigation associate at the New York Office of the law firm White & Case. During my time there I worked on all manner of commercial litigation, including litigation concerning letters of credit, contested mergers and acquisitions, and management-side employment matters.

I was a law clerk for a federal appellate judge, the Honorable Richard J. Cardamone, a judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, for one year after graduation from law school.
