Duties include maintaining all of the servers within the credit union and the software, patches, and users therein, maintain active directory, group policy and a number of crucial programs and services.Recognizable duties:With a team of three, maintain over a hundred servers, replications, disaster control, and the software therein. Helps start up virtual servers at the request of management.Maintain security patches to keep servers and client end PCs on a monthly basis, track down servers and endpoints that have not received them and work with the ISO in order to create a comprehensive patching policy. We currently use Shavlik Security and we're currently in the process of migrating to Desktop Central for patching automation and inventory control.Helps maintain our email platform (IBM Notes on the Domino platform), this involves all employee movement (hiring, separation, promotion, lateral moves, etc).Helps maintain the company’s Active Directory through helping maintain domain controllers, security/distribution groups, login scripts, computer containers, and group policy.The main point of contact on our FICS Mortgage platform and all the servers that use this system, this also includes CCMC, Mortgagebot, Crystal Reports for reporting and eStatus Connect. In constant communication with our core team to ensure these systems work with our Core platform flawlessly (Corelation Keystone). The main point of contact and support for our business lending software (Wolters Kluwer). My previous experience in enhancing client experiences came into good use while maintaining relationships with key business units. Helps maintain our card printing system on the back end, which includes what PCs can print cards from the locations they're deployed. Removal of said machines when decommissioned. Works closely with our helpdesk to complete projects crucial to the credit union, such as credit union mergers, mass deployments, email issues, active directory issues, etc.

Supported customers escalated issues as a SOHO printer support professional. Supported a vast array of products from pressure-fed large format inkjet printers to adding machines and mice. Mentored other agents and was placed on a product manual review committee to make following the directions for printer installation easier for everyone.
