Current-Builds weekly film schedule for the theater, working with content providers, event coordinators, and the film programmer for the company.-Addresses amd fixes technical issues with projection system controls and with scheduling films and special events.-Designed and programmed for a monthly horror series including tracking down rights for films online, that for most of their screenings had near sold-out shows with high sales of alcohol and food.-Designed a character and scripts with a local actress acting as hostess for the monthly horror event and created and utilized monthly a marketing campaign online to promote her and the screenings.-Wrote, organized, and filmed pre-show ads for the theater and formed a partnership with a local haunt attraction to use their sets, as well as creating a pre-show roll of trailers and comedic sketches designed to fit the flavor of the primary attraction.-Expansively markets theater events across social media and event sites.-Writes a weekly informational email for staff to keep track of upcoming events, films in the theater, and changes.-Organizes team-building company events for employees.-Responsible for all duties with opening and closing the theater with overseeing and often performing full closes and openings of the bar, restaurant, theaters, and snack bar.-Counts the cash registers at beginning and end of shifts, recording all data and tracking inconsistencies, and writes and sends financial reports for the daily sales.-Works extensively with TOAST Point of Sale systems and RTS (Ready Theater Systems) in front and back of house and trains both regular employees and managers in their use including troubleshooting techniques.-Monitors and adjusts the theater’s projection system as needed as well as uploading and testing content.-Provides lists and options to the lead film programmer for regular thematic film series.-Performs inventory and ordering duties for all parts of the theater.
