I was recruited by senior leadership to steer outsourced networking and programming projects for the third-party inspection agency. I serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolution management of technical complications for a staff of 100+. My day to day tasks revolve around generation project workflows for transferring and analyzing industry data. I work in collaboration with unit team members to resolve IT/database/data obstacles, with focus on data capture and evaluation and storage. ➜ KEY ACHIEVEMENTS✔Present and participate at Board of Advisor meetings to transfer IT/Data information and department data. ✔Implemented Microsoft Office 365 company-wide to include remote staff and field users; created and executed company intranet site - TP Connect.✔Chosen by senior leadership to align IT department roadmap with overarching corporate objectives. ✔Train field staff of 70+ across software and applications including; OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Planner, Flow, Admin Center and Active Directory. ✔Member of ‘Strategic Initiative’ Team appointed to design and execute short- and long-term corporate and IT planning, with the goal of smart revenue growth of 30% by 2020.✔Revitalized corporate brand and culture, improving customer satisfaction, service and retention.✔Deployed a multi-layered approach to existing functions, enhancing security through addition of backups that support cloud storage, virus protection, anti-phishing and malware protection.✔Utilized Cisco Umbrella for network/workstation content filtering and blocking of malicious websites. ✔Created SharePoint sites for client access to display data/results using Power BI dashboards. ✔Rebuilt antiquated Access inspection databases in a web platform with SQL backend. ✔Create inspection forms in MS PowerApps, Apple app, and a Canadian app platform.

I was promoted from Assistant Manager in 2015 to oversee an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory (3-4 technicians) approved for ASTM, CEN and ISO testing methods. Within this role I lead planning, pricing, vendor communications, calibration and scheduling, allowing for efficiency of lab workflows and progression of project timelines. I also oversee development and supervision of a $1M+ annual budget. Steering core lab operations is essential to the support, success, oversight and accountability of the overarching plan. It is within this role I participate as a consultant to continuously develop and streamline program management related processes for scalability. Through teamwork and innovation, I consistently add value via establishment and integration of lab management measures, metrics, thresholds and targets to drive alignment with business strategies. ➜ KEY ACHIEVEMENTS✔Implemented improved programming – method development, document control and validation studies; resulting in enhanced productivity. ✔Configured laboratory LIMS for 2 different laboratories and merged instrument data into the database.
