Senior Account Executive
CurrentAs a Senior Account Executive, I work diligently to build and foster broker and consultant relationships within the Greater Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware territory. I listen to clients and expand their VBA product knowledge to help them find solutions to their employee's benefit needs.• Cultivate strong broker and customer relationships through excellent communication and service.• Individualize vision plan designs to fit the specific needs of groups expressed by the broker and benefit administrator.• Educate both brokers and customers on the importance of vision care, innovation in the optical industry and VBA products.• Generate and deliver proposals to brokers while maintaining a high level of engagement and communication in the RFP response.• Act as the “concierge” to address eligibility, billing and implementation questions to ensure a “no-noise” culture for our brokers.• Prospect potential broker and client relationships.• Utilize SalesForce for all activities to foster an outstanding follow-up structure.
