Wrote 25 page documentation on Microsoft LAPS. Wrote 15 page documentation on Microsoft Defender employments through Azure. Completed numerous different Intune enrollments company wide.

Designed and created BitLocker deployment methods for entire company. They will be moving forward with my implementation. Wrote 40 page documentation for BitLocker, completed Litigation holds by using FTK to access and acquire information, and completed security research into the best program for business wide communication and networking.

As a Moving Adviser, I learned how to interact with customers and guide them in their moving process, all while giving a legendary customer experience. Learned the ins and outs of the moving process and how to manage making sure rental trucks are guaranteed for customers. Working with customers and assisting them with service related issues was a learning experience for problem solving.
