Via Signature Consultants (onsite at Google)- Hit 300% of target during ramping phase in Q3-Q4 ‘21 and hit 150% of target in Q1-Q2 ‘22.-Targeted Field Sales Representatives, Business Development Representatives, Technical Solution Engineers and Program Managers for the Google Cloud team. -Hired for roles across the U.S, Canada and Mexico City. -Used LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced boolean searches to source a full pipeline of candidates and conducted strategic negotiation conversations along with navigating visa support.

-Targeted LVN/RNs for roles in a Home Health setting, school setting and hospital setting utilizing Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. - Led the Stanford Flu Program with a mission to administer flu shots to every employee of Stanford Hospital. Hired 40 RNs and 10 Administrative Assistants in a 2 month period and managed the daily schedule for each hire. - Produced 39 LVN/RN starts in 2019(2nd out of 50 recruiters) and 43 starts in 2020(1st out of 50). - Trained and mentored newer recruiters in successful strategies for sourcing and interviewing leading to a 30% increase in office combined starts from 2019 to 2020.- Produced $18,000 in spread resulting in a 16% increase in spread for the office from 2019 to 2020.- Awarded Presidents Club winner 2020 and 2021
