I lead the development of course content.—Designed Jamf Educator, an asynchronous learning platform designed to teach educators and educational technology professionals about Jamf Teacher. —Created internal content creation process and developed training process for new team members. —Led migration of content to Heretto, a DITA-based CCMS. Edited scholarly manuscripts, many of which required familiarity with Greek, Latin, and German. Worked with editors and authors to move manuscripts from submission and acceptance to publication. Reviewed manuscripts to ensure text was well written and logically structured; corrected grammar and spelling errors; ensured manuscripts conformed to appropriate style guidelines; and fact checked and raised queries with authors. Proofread typeset manuscripts to ensure that typesetting styles were consistently applied, that the copy edit was thorough, and that mistakes were not introduced during the editorial process.
