—Developed the Jamf School - Certified Tech Course (Jamf 240), a two-day, instructor-led certification course, which resulted in a 6.2 percent growth in Jamf School's CSAT score in it's first year of delivery.—Content owner for the Jamf Pro - Certified Admin Course (Jamf 300), a four-day, advanced instructor-led certification course. I lead the development of course content.—Designed Jamf Educator, an asynchronous learning platform designed to teach educators and educational technology professionals about Jamf Teacher. —Created internal content creation process and developed training process for new team members. —Led migration of content to Heretto, a DITA-based CCMS. Led development of testing infrastructure using Caveon’s Scorpion, a secure testing environment.

Led school-wide educational technology programs. Led IT infrastructure updates, including moving local server to hybrid local/cloud solution. Integrated current student information system (SIS) with mobile device management (MDM) and learning management system (LMS) solutions, emphasizing student collaboration in heavily project based learning environments. Provided ongoing training for teachers and students.Key Accomplishments: —Led a year-long, school-wide teacher training program for iPad and Microsoft Teams and OneNote adoption.—Developed and implemented iPad 1:1 program for secondary students, and shared iPad carts for elementary classrooms.—In 72 hours, rapidly scaled IT infrastructure to move to remote learning environment at the beginning of COVID-19 lockdown. Supported administration, staff, students, and families during remote learning. Managed Microsoft 365 Administration. —Led Professional Development courses for school-wide adoption of project based learning instructional model.

Designed, developed, and implemented effective curriculum. Taught 7th–12th grade English classes, AP Literature and AP Language, Computer Apps, Tech and Media, and High School Robotics. Managed scope and sequence as English Department Chair.Key Accomplishments:—Acted as English Department head, maintaining scope and sequence for Kindergarten through 12th grades.—Taught dual credit literature courses with Columbia Gorge Community College.

Edited scholarly manuscripts, many of which required familiarity with Greek, Latin, and German. Worked with editors and authors to move manuscripts from submission and acceptance to publication. Reviewed manuscripts to ensure text was well written and logically structured; corrected grammar and spelling errors; ensured manuscripts conformed to appropriate style guidelines; and fact checked and raised queries with authors. Proofread typeset manuscripts to ensure that typesetting styles were consistently applied, that the copy edit was thorough, and that mistakes were not introduced during the editorial process.

Served on the Curriculum Development Committee and held an editorial role during a six month internship. Responsibilities included pursuing permission contracts, copy editing, and writing ancillary content.Key Accomplishments:—Served as editor and pursued contracts for course book, Seeing Systems: Peace, Justice and Sustainability. The target audiences for this book were college classrooms, workplaces, and religious institutions.

Assisted with graduate-level Church History course. Responsibilities included leading the online portion of the course, teaching, grading, and developing course material.
