Responsible for 30% reduction in trash bags falling into receptacles during heavy use. This was due to a new knot technique program that I personally researched and implemented.Spear-headed a cutting edge trash placement program that eliminated the need for balling of paper waste. Switched all employees from BPA ridden plastic receptacles to the mesh kind which also doubles to allow venting of smelly waste items.Improved employee morale via cleaner mirrors. Switched from a non-ammonia window cleaner to partial ammonia window cleaner which I estimate reduced streaking by 12-15%.

In May, an acquaintance and I started CK Design and Information, a web development company that focuses on Web design, Search engine optimization, Internet security, and Analytical review of our clients' websites. While we share tasks as a team, we each have our areas where we excel, with mine being in customer relations, analyzing the websites performance, and photo manipulation. In only 5 short months we have acquired 15 clients to date, and are in negotiations with a dozen more.

Maintaining 50 plus pools a week as well as following up on any customer calls for repairs or complaints. Furthermore, I helped streamline the customer books and accounts. Before I arrived they had no computer system to do this as it was all done manually.

Oversaw the completion of the pool building projects. Managed the subcontractors to ensure quality completion. Also, talked with the customers and construction foreman to ensure the projects were completed according to thier standards.

Managed a team of customer service representatives as well as occassionally ensuring quality control of the products.
