❖ Supporting operations of Cognizant’s Internal IT infrastructure which encompasses various clients connectivity thus serving Cognizant employees.❖ Scope of work is to troubleshoot, manage, maintain Cognizant network across the Globe.❖ Validating My access requests raised from the user end for correct IP details.❖ Daily working on varying technologies in security - IPSEC L2L, AnyConnect VPN, routing – Static, OSPF, BGP, MPLS and different kinds of NAT, route maps, ACL, SLA Monitors, Switching – STP, Trunk, Port Security, etc❖ Remote Access VPN support involving creation, modification and troubleshooting as per requirement.❖ Troubleshooting issues from network end to fix outages that occur in the infrastructure.❖ Implementing acls, routes, VPN tunnels and modifying encryption domains in firewall as per the project requirements.❖ Implementing network connectivity to customers as per their requirement with various WAN/LAN technologies.❖ Performing IOS upgrade for Firewalls, Switches, Routers of various vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo alto etc.).❖ Implemented traffic filters using Standard and Extended access-lists, Distribute-Lists, and Route Maps.❖ Making necessary changes in the Customer edge devices and co-location devices as per the requirement.❖ Identify and resolve problems on Switches, Routers (Cisco & Juniper), ASA, Palo Alto & Checkpoint firewalls.❖ Network Creation (VLAN creation, Vlan change) and administration in L3 and L2 Cisco switches❖ Collaborated with the vendor team for Upgrading and backups of Cisco router configuration files.❖ Dealt with monitoring tools like network packet capture tools like Wire-shark, etc.❖ Validating, reviewing and implementing change requests raised by L2 engineers apart from approving network diagrams of various projects/location connectivity.❖ Working on Incident Management, Change Management & Critical Incident Management Tickets.❖ Remote Sharing support to customers concerning their problems related to Network.❖ Resolving incident management calls using BMC remedy ARS tools.❖ Handling Change Requests raised by other engineers and implementing them as per the Infra requirement and working on Critical Incidents that are raised for various outages and resolving them.❖ Troubleshooting P1 and P0 network issues for the affected projects.❖ Worked and collaborated with multiple ISPs and support teams to troubleshoot and fix the critical outages that occurs in infrastructure
