These traits have helped me to develop into a dynamic and charismatic operations leader, learning and development professional, engaging facilitator, and project/program manager. They’ve served me well and have given me the opportunity to manage challenging projects, develop employees and future leaders, and oversee the daily operations at a Fortune 100 Company.
