In 2009, when I came to Ohio Exteriors, our company focus was mainly on roof replacements with some vinyl siding replacements. Today, our main emphasis is on James Hardie fiber cement siding, and larger jobs such as kitchen/bath remodeling and new builds. My role is very extensive at Ohio Exteriors. As Office Manager, I am in charge of payables and receivables, and have worked on every version of QuickBooks there is (Windows, Mac, and Online versions). I enter information into our CRM system (our customer and project database). As Production Manager, I oversee the repair division, and work directly with the salesmen and owner on larger jobs. I order materials, handle scheduling, communicate with customers, pull permits, etc. There is quite a bit to do since our company averages $1.3 million in revenue per year.I also handle the majority of our social networking and take care of any IT issues that might arise in the office.

Following a major hail storm in the Columbus, OH area, we branched out to include roof and siding replacements. Our main emphasis was on insurance work. I ran the office and took care of many day to day tasks. My role also expanded to include communications with adjusters, suppliers, etc.
