• Provide primary administrative support for concert bands, orchestras, and music education areas. Assist with administrative support for choral area as needed.• Coordinate students’ auditions for ten ensembles, including preparation of audition materials and schedules.• Responsible for new music purchases and rentals for twelve ensembles, including communications with publishing and rental agencies, as well as coordination with the Ohio State University purchasing/legal department to secure appropriate signatures and permissions.• Assists with artist contracts (working with appropriate agencies within the university) and performance arrangements including performance space, artist lodging and transportation. • Serve as primary registrar and point of contact for the annual High School Honor Band weekend:o Receive and track nominations and accepted participants.o Answer all questions from parents, participants, and band directors.o Maintain reports to ensure all payments and required paperwork are received. o Using university approved policies, secure food, lodging, and transportation for participants. o Assist with securing rooms for rehearsals, masterclasses, and performances.o Assist with supervision of OSU student volunteers. • Serve as primary registrar and point of contact for Youth Summer Music Programs, encompassing 9 separate camps with over 500 student participants.o Point of contact for camp inquiries and questions.o Receiving and tracking all registrations and camp payments.o Receive and document all required paperwork for camps.o Track camp specific program requirements-private lesson permission, consent for medical treatment for Marching Band Clinic participants.• Program Manager for Music Education area, working with faculty and the Office of Accreditation, Placement and Licensure to place students in appropriate field placements according to University and State regulations.

I direct the Chancel Choir in weekly rehearsal and provide support to other ensemble leadership. I conduct the Chancel Choir in weekly worship services, presenting introits, prayer responses, and anthems as well as helping to lead congregational participation in worship. Working with worship leadership, in particular ensemble directors and accompanists, we strive to identify opportunities for additional involvement of musicians of all ages and abilities including incorporating children's ensembles in services and scheduling youth to perform as prelude to the Christmas Eve worship service.I work with the pastoral leadership and music leadership to expand the congregation’s musical repertoire through the introduction of new hymns, congregational songs and choral music.I work to ensure clear communication to musicians through weekly emails with reminders of upcoming music, events and prayer requests.I oversee maintenance and care of music equipment, pianos, robes, and music library.Since June of 2020, I have served as video producer of weekly streaming worship services. Editing all elements of the weekly worship service to ensure smooth transitions of service parts including all music offerings.

Working with the Artistic Director I created and maintained the Chorus rehearsal schedule. I conducted music rehearsals for the Opera Chorus preparing the chorus to work with Maestro Alessandro Siciliani. I made available to Chorus members resources to secure music scores, pronunciation aids, and other materials needed for success.

I developed and programmed each concert series to highlight the skills of the ensemble members. I strive to run rehearsals efficiently and productively at all times. I work to develop a positive organizational presence within the community.

I directed the Chalice Choir-a 45-50 voice mixed voice (SATB) choir for all rehearsals, weekly services (three Sundays per month), and for special events including concerts. Repertoire presented is a mixture of secular and sacred, music from the "traditional" choral canon and world music. I conducted the choir in the premiere of a commissioned work to celebrate the ministry and career of the senior minister upon his retirement.

I served as tenor soloist/section leader in the Chancel Choir. I directed the Chancel Choir as needed. I also assisted with direction of the Linworth Children's Choir.

Sing in Opera Project Columbus's production of "I Pagliacci" staged directed by Christopher Purdy and conducted by Alessandro Siciliani.

Manz at 2009 Cantor Connection hymn festival.-Select music in order to suit performance requirements of worship services while accommodating the composition and abilities of ensembles.-Compose/arrange choral anthems, instrumental interludes, psalm refrains and other musical works for ensembles. -Revived children’s music ministry including children’s vocal choir and children’s handbell choir.-Created the Trinity Orchestra, providing an ensemble for instrumentalists of all ages and ability levels from the congregation and community to share their musical talents.-Assisted in fund-raising for new hymnals and secured funding for purchase of three octave set of Malmark Choirchimes®.
