I was responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and productivity of the facility, as well as implementing process improvement initiatives and best practices. Before that, I was a Site Lead at Amazon, where I led a team of 200 associates and 20 managers in delivering excellent customer service, inventory management, and fulfillment operations.I have over 8 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, with a focus on talent acquisition and operations management. I hold a Master's degree in American History from Rutgers University, which has honed my critical thinking, research, and communication skills.
