I have in-house counsel and traditional law firm experience, ranging from personal injury to reviewing business-relates affiliate contracts. My legal interests and training include - Intellectual Property law (copyrights/trademarks/trade secrets), UCC-related commercial law, negotiations, and document drafting. Additionally, I have a passion and experience in esports law and fantasy/gaming. In Summer 2022, I had the incredible opportunity to work at PrizePicks as their fantasy esports legal intern, where I helped develop and expand the company's fantasy esports product by ensuring that the product fell within the regulatory code on a state-by-state basis.Additionally, I have five (5) years of law firm experience. During that time, I worked on pre-suit, plaintiff-side demands and assisted with settlement negotiations. additionally, I worked and helped managed heavy PIP litigation case loads by drafting, updating, and reviewing pleading and discovery documents.
