Inflow/Infiltration Control Program, meeting requirements of the Consent Decree.

Mr. Dinsmore created and implemented the PSL incentive program pilot project.

Mr. Dinsmore worked on both sides of the consulting industry - adding business development to more standard consulting practices. He has increased his overall breadth of knowledge from core master plans to further implementation into asset management plans and provided guidance to existing and potential clients regarding methodologies to reduce existing costs while developing the framework for further implementation and understanding of life-cycle costs and necessary funding mechanisms for providing the needed services.

Hydraulic and hydologic modeling, with implementation into master planning work, for all water scalable projects - water resources (long term water management), wastewater collection (dry and wet weather analysis with extensive modeling experience) and water distribution and transmission. Work responsibilities included cross-client/consultant relationship consensus development, stearmling of data management and active implementation of latest practices for stongest correlations with system performances.

Developed engineering skills via field experience (construction management in CA, GA and FL), as well as in-house application via work with design group, developing relationships on long-term water resource projects as well as localized hydraulics.
