Administers IV therapies such as IV vitamin therapy, IV Ozone Therapy. Assists physician in performing injections including PRP, Prolo therapy. Assists in bone marrow aspiration and medical laboratory duties. Maintains and orders supplies.

Provides advanced medical and dental care to active duty military members and civilians in emergencies. Often the sole medical provider in isolated environments preforming duties around the world typically far from higher levels of care. Treats, stabilizes and transfers via air and ground to proper echelon of care. Preforms bioenvironmental inspections, public health and food inspection on a global scale. Teaches CPR, BLS, EMT and Self Aid Buddy Care (SABC).

Coordinates and tests Department of Defense members drug testing. Responsible for legal chain of custody paperwork and the actual testing process. Tests over 650 members annually.

Overseas operations for a 20 bed Emergency Department. Collaborates with physicians and nurses to provide excellent care to almost 125 patients daily with 2,800+ admissions annually. Maintains electronic records, orders labs and procedures. Dispatches and responds to 911 EMS providing emergency medical coverage to over 50,000 military, DOD and their families.Overseas the Trauma Resuscitation Unit for most acute trauma unit in the Afghanistan theater of operations treating U.S., NATO and Local National forces. Provides initial treatment, prolonged assistance and administrative services to acute polysystem trauma. Coordinates with CCAT (Critical Care Air Transport) Team for evacuation from the combat theater.
