Providing knowledge on products to consumers in order to help them make the proper decisions on what they are looking for. Monitoring inventory entering and exiting the store. Other duties include providing proper goals for my team as well as providing them with the tools to achieve those goals. Problem solving and quality customer service are also apart of my day to day duties.

During my time as a barista and bookseller I provided customer service to the consumers.

During my internship I designed brochures and departmental posters. I used software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe In Design, Adobe Photoshop, Visual Basics, Dreamweaver.

During my time in shipping and recieving, I worked with incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure consumers were recieving their merchandise in a timely manner. Other duties included checking in merchandise and controlling inventory as it made its way to the sales floor.
